The decks alternate on purpose. Too much depth and people shut down. Too much lightness and nothing lands. The mix is the mechanism.
At the end of a sitting the app records which cards got talked about and which were skipped, so we learn which ones are worth keeping. Signed in, that record is attached to your account, along with who joined on your link. Signed out, it isn't attached to anyone. Either way, what you actually say never leaves the room — only which card, and for how long.
